Partial Payments

Partial payment means customer pays only part of order total.

How it works

• At order creation, set paid to collected amount.
• Mashroo3 stores the initial payment in payment history.
• Remaining amount stays visible on the order.
• Customer owed updates from unpaid amount.

Recommended process

1. Always link partial orders to a customer.
2. Record each payment clearly with notes when possible.
3. Review owed balances daily.
