Orders & Payments

Create an order

Open Sales > Orders or POS:

1. Select customer (recommended).
2. Add items.
3. Confirm quantities/prices.
4. Save order.

Payment options

You can record:

• Full payment
• Partial payment
• No payment yet

Remaining balance

For each order:

• Total: full amount
• Paid: amount collected
• Remaining: amount still owed

If order is linked to a customer, remaining amount updates customer owed balance.
