What happens on refund

• Refund history is attached to the order.
• Returned quantities are restored back to stock.
• Customer owed amount is recalculated when customer is linked.

Good practices

• Refund only from the original order.
• Add clear refund reason.
• Confirm stock movement after high-value returns.
