Refunds & Returns
Use this flow when a customer returns items.
How to refund
- Open the original order.
- Choose refund.
- Select returned item(s) and quantity.
- Add a reason.
- Confirm.
What happens automatically
- Refund is added to order history.
- Returned quantity is added back to stock.
- Customer owed updates when needed.
Refund rules
- Cannot refund more than sold quantity.
- Refund from original order for clean tracking.
