Workspace Checklist

1. Identity & Localization (Core Setup) Before any transactions occur, you must define who you are and how you operate. - Store Identity: Upload your logo and set your legal business name in Settings. This appears on all customer-facing receipts and invoices. - Language & RTL: Ensure your primary language (English or Arabic) is toggled. Mashroo3 automatically adjusts the layout (RTL) for Arabic. - Time Zone & Currency: Set these correctly to ensure your real-time KPI blocks and financial reports are accurate. 2. Install Your "Power" Apps Because Mashroo3 is modular, your dashboard only shows what you need. - Module Selection: Go to the App Store in your settings. - Check Dependencies: If you need Deliveries, ensure the Sales module is installed first. - Manufacturing: If you produce your own goods, enable the MRP workspace. 3. Inventory & Supplier Foundation A "Single Source of Truth" requires clean data. - Define Categories: Create categories to organize your catalog and simplify sales reporting. - Import Products: Use the barcode-centric item handler to add products. Ensure each has a cost price and selling price. - Link Suppliers: Attach suppliers to your inventory items. This enables accurate expense tracking and reorder awareness. - Initial Stock Take: Set your current quantities. Once set, Mashroo3 will handle all subsequent deductions and additions automatically. 4. Configure Your Sales & Delivery Flow Decide how money and goods move through your workspace. - Delivery Settings: If using Wakilni, enter your credentials and configure your delivery zones and store context. 5. Team & Role-Based Access Don't share a single login. Secure your workspace by inviting your team. - Invite Members: Send invitations to your staff via the Team Workspace. - Assign Roles: Use role-based access to ensure a "Sales" user cannot see "Manufacturing" or "Financial Expenses." - Plan Limits: Check your Essential or Enterprise limits to ensure you have enough seats for your entire team. 6. The "Test Drive" (The Final Step) Before going live with real customers, run a full cycle: 1. Create a test Sales Order. 2. Make a Partial Payment. 3. Check the CRM to see if the customer’s "Owed Balance" updated. 4. Move the order to the Delivery Kanban. 5. Check your Inventory to see the stock deduction. 6. Refund the order to ensure stock and money return to their original states.
